3:30 pm	Depart Manele Harbor - Sail back to Maui

MENUS
Breakfast:	Mom Coon's (4th generation recipe) homemade cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit platter, fresh brewed Kona coffee, tea, hot cocoa and Hawaii's own pineapple juice.

Lunch:	Capt. Coon's hot BBQ chicken with a honey-mustard glaze, Hong Kong stir fry noodles, vegetable, fresh tossed green salad with Mom's secret salad dressing, dinner rolls, fresh Hawaiian pineapple and fruit punch. We do have a vegetarian lunch. This should be requested when booking your reservations. Lunch is served on dinner plates with silverware. A wide assortment of non-alcoholic drinks is available throughout the day.

PARKING AND CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS

Check-in is at 7:45am at the Lighthouse on the loading dock at Lahaina Harbor. Parking can be found on Dickenson Street, 1 ½ blocks off Front Street. Look for the “Trilogy Parking” sign at the Republic Parking Lot. The parking fee will be $5.00 for Trilogy Guests. A Trilogy Crew Member will meet you there, help you with parking and give you directions to Lahaina Harbor where our Captain will be waiting to check you in. You should plan to be at the parking lot by 7:30am. Bring towels, sunscreen, hats, camera, sunglasses & a light jacket or sweatshirt for the evening sail. Footwear you can wear on the sailboat include deck shoes or any rubber-soled shoes. If you have snorkel gear you normally use, you may bring it with you.

All meals, refreshments, snorkeling lessons and equipment, and guided tour included in price. Passenger's final boarding instructions must be made directly with Trilogy at 661-4743 by noon the day prior to sailing.
